Cannabis and Multiple Sclerosis: A Neurologist's Persepective

Presented by Professor Mike Barnes

About this module:

In this learning module, leading UK cannabis clinician and neurologist Professor Mike Barnes discusses multiple sclerosis and how medicinal cannabis may be able to assist in the treatment of its signs and symptoms. Mike discusses how one might begin treating patients with MS and how it offers hope for sufferers of this condition that as yet, has no cure.

This presentation is suitable for healthcare practitioners and those with a background in biomedical sciences. It assumes a knowledge of the endocannabinoid system and a basic understanding of medicinal cannabis pharmacodynamics.
